It’s good to get back to my blog. This year began with the tragic death on my younger daughter’s husband, age 24, having bronchitis and dying suddenly. That left my daughter and her five children (13-20) devastated.

Along with that I had two books due (coauthoring with my older daughter) the end of July and a heavy speaking schedule. I am my family chose joy as we fondly remembered my son-in-law and celebrated his life. Life is calm now, books are in, and I have fun news.

Growing a joyful heart has a new cover! So my coauthor Pam Farrel and i are planning fun activities to celebrate. We’ll have some little prizes and a joy journal that will have 30 entries, one for each week of the book. We’ll promote sprinkling joy into lives witha 7-day challeneg and some weekly videos. 

As we move into fall and the coming holiday season, I am joyful. The stores are already alive with autumn colors and  the weather is getting a little cooler even in Florida.
