Pray with Your Children

Praying as a family made an immediate difference with our children. They started caring about one another’s needs and thanking God for answerings everyone’s prayers.When we added reading about people in the BIble who prayed and discussing how prayer works they starting engaging more in their faith. Share what happens when you pray with your children.
Praying with your child helps them trust God, engage in faith, and connect with you about their needs. It also helps them develop an attitude og gratitude as you thank God together. Try new ways to pray together. Before and after praying discuss prayer and share ways Jesus prayed. Have a prayer wall or journal as a family to see how God works in your lives.
