Time flies by so fast! I started a weekly FB live and currently I’m sharing bread baking. I made my basic biscuits (recipe in my book thanks to my friend Mona for sharing it) and started sharing several ways to use the one recipe. The dough can be made a head and refrigerated. I prefer to use it within 10 days, but keepingit a little linger gives it a sour dough taste since the yeast ferments longer.
I’m finishing up the certification to a be a writing/marketing coach and starting to write a course on bread making for homschoolers.
I’ll be at the Montrose Christian Writers Conference in July teaching on marketing, devoitional writing, and more. I’ll also spend a week at the beach in Connecticut near family with my middle son and his family. That’s a time to get back to my roots and see family and friends.
